1) How do I cancel?
For your convenience, you can make modifications to your subscription online without contacting customer service. Simply log in to your account and click on the “My Account” link located in the upper right-hand menu. From there, you can modify your subscription, change your billing information, and opt-out of our periodic email distribution list. Or you can simply contact us at (866) 215-9048, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 AM (Midnight) EDT.
2) How do I get my free resume?
You can download your resume as a text file for free. You first must be signed in. Then simply click on this link: https://app.resumegenius.com/dashboard/resumes
3) When will my subscription auto-renew?
To find the date when your subscription will renew, please go to “My Account” and “Plan Information”. The date of your next renewal will be shown there.
4) What can I do with a paid subscription?
With a paid subscription you can create as many resumes and cover letters as you want, download in Text, Word, or PDF, email/fax/print, and search for jobs directly from your account.
5) Why can’t I log in to my account?
You may be putting the wrong password. Click Login, then the “Forgot Password?” link. Follow the instructions and you may set up a new password.
It is also possible that you never created an account with us. Did you ever receive an Activation Email from us?
