Her background as a C-level executive gives her a unique perspective within Executive Recruiting and Executive Coaching. In addition to many leadership roles, she’s also been both an agency recruiter and corporate recruiter with a hand in all things full-cycle recruiting. This includes networking, sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and interview coaching for both candidates and hiring managers.
