It is simple and easy to read, with easily defined sections for each part of the resume, making it easy for recruiters and hiring teams to read. It will also parse into ATS easily and will be easy to add additional experience to as someone becomes more tenured in their experience. The Times New Roman Font keeps the eye trained on the line and the light blue headlines give a nice contrast to the rest of the resume without making it look unprofessional.
