YC Chao is the Video Producer & Senior Video Editor at Resume Genius, where she adapts articles from our team of career experts into visually engaging videos. She oversees the entire video creation process, from scriptwriting and filming to the final editing stages for our long-form videos.
YC graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.F.A. in Visual Arts and a certificate in 3D Animations & VFX. During her time in Canada, she focused on shooting and editing live events, weddings and commercials. The experience strengthened her technical skills and appreciation of multiculturalism. In her free time, she likes to stroll around and take photos of old buildings & street cats.
