You can say “spearheaded” or “implemented” instead of “responsible for” on a resume. “Spearheaded” and “implemented” are examples of resume synonyms, and are descriptive substitutes for the words “responsible for.”
Each bullet point on your resume should begin with a strong action verb. Action verbs present your achievements in a way that best highlights your skills, accomplishments, and initiative. For example, instead of:
“Responsible for writing blog posts on our latest products”
You can say:
“Wrote 47 blog posts (500+ words each) on our latest products”
