You can say “spearheaded” or “implemented” instead of “responsible for” on a resume. “Spearheaded” and “implemented” are both good examples of resume synonyms that describe your achievements better than “responsible for” does.
When writing your resume bullet points, make sure that each one begins with a strong action verb. Action verbs present your achievements in a way that best highlights your skills, accomplishments, and initiative. For example, instead of:
“Responsible for writing blog posts on our latest products”
You can say:
“Wrote 47 blog posts (500+ words each) on our latest products”
